Ruffie Pups is ethical and intentional based in Seattle, Washington. We are able to give our pups lots of personal attention and care as they are born and grow right here in our family home (in the library in fact). Conscious breeding means carefully planning litters based on DNA, health checks, orthopedic assessments, chromosome analysis as well as visiting the veterinarian through the process of hormone testing and artificial inseminations.
